We have seperate rooms for weight-training, spinning and aerobics.

Additionally we also have a reception area, wardrobe included showers and sauna, solarium and offices for physiotherapeutic treatment.

Havna Frisksenter is owned and run by 3 physiotherapists.

Opening hours are 0500 - 24:00 every day. Staffed from 08:00 - 20:00 weekdays.

We offer short-terms contracts for visitors to Myre. Key-card for contracts lasting 1 week or more. Please contact reception for more information.
